Best”) since June 2019, where she meticulously oversees and conducts rigorous rating analyses of diverse companies, with a primary focus on South-East Asia countries, underpinned by her adept financial modeling skills and deep industry acumen.

A dedicated member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (“CAANZ”), Susan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Melbourne, majoring in  Accounting and Finance, which underscores her academic foundation and expertise in the field.

Prior to her tenure at A.M. Best, Susan amassed over five years of professional experience in assurance and advisory roles, specializing in the intricacies of the insurance and reinsurance sectors, thus augmenting her comprehensive understanding of financial mechanisms and risk assessment within these industries.
